The game is set between 1765 and 1777, and primarily features the series' first female protagonist, Aveline de Grandpré, an African-French Assassin around the end of the French and Indian War, in 18th century New Orleans.

Counter-Strike: Source is a remake of Counter-Strike, and retains its team-based objective-oriented first-person shooter style gameplay. The aim of playing a map is to accomplish a map's objective: defusing the bomb, rescuing all hostages, or killing the entire opposing team. The ultimate goal of the game is to win more rounds than the opposing team.

Delta Force: Task Force Dagger is a first-person shooter computer game developed by Zombie Studios and published by NovaLogic. It is a “stand-alone mission pack” to the previous installment in the series: Land Warrior.Task Force Dagger (DFTFD) places the player in the 2002 Afghanistan conflict. The player is given a choice to be any one of ten Special Operations units (below). These forces are the actual Special Forces units deployed in Operation Enduring Freedom. Each team has a special role. For example, Seal Team Six’s role is that of medic, Green Berets are heavy weapon specialists, and CIA Special Activities Divisionmembers are snipers. Though each unit has preferred weapons, the player can outfit themselves with whatever weapons they choose.

Delta Force: Land Warrior is a tactical first-person shooter video game. It is the third game in the Delta Force series produced by NovaLogic, and is the sequel to Delta Force 2.
Delta Force: Land Warrior features 30 missions. The game takes place in various places including Africa, Indonesia, Western Egypt and South America. Objectives range from eliminating high-risk targets such as power plants to rescuing VIPs held hostage.Before deployment, players get briefed and are tasked with picking the specific equipment and gear they want for the mission, allowing them to define their strategy beforehand, e.g.: a stealthy approach with silenced weaponry, or an all-out assault with heavy weaponryThe player is inserted into the objective area by a multitude of means, including insertion by helicopter or parachute. Once on the ground, players can navigate the terrain through a use of a mini-map .
